How Flock works

Goal: birbs tumble out of the hatch and walk straight ahead. You can't steer them, but you can give some of them a skill. Guide the flock to the nest and save the required number before time runs out.

• 🛑 Blocker: stands guard and turns everyone else around. Right-click it (touch: press and hold) to let it go.
• ⛏️ Digger: digs straight down through dirt.
• 🔨 Basher: pecks a tunnel sideways through dirt.
• 🧱 Builder: lays a rising staircase, a bridge over gaps and water.
• 🪂 Glider: floats down gently, so no fall can hurt.

• Skills: all five are on offer, and the number on each button is how many you have. Some maps run short on a skill. A greyed-out button means it's unavailable on that map.
• Controls: click a skill (or press 1–5), then click or tap a birb. Use Pause, speed ×1 / ×2 / ×4, and Restart.
• Watch out: a long drop without a glider is fatal, and water drowns birbs. Steel is indestructible: no digging or bashing through it.
• Three tries a day: a try is used once the first birb hatches. Restarting before that is free. Your best result counts: most birbs home, then fewer skills used. After 3 tries you can keep playing in practice mode (not counted).
• Every day: a new map for everyone at midnight Pacific time. Share your result with emoji, then come back tomorrow.
